Taylor Swift is doing what she does best.

The 29-year-old singer's newest single, "ME!," smashed multiple YouTube records. Swift now holds the all-time leading female and solo 24-hour debut for any music video on YouTube. The video, featuring Brendon Urie of Panic! At the Disco, is also the biggest 24-hour debut for any Taylor Swift video.

Swift is the only solo artist to have two videos in YouTube's top 24-hour debuts (the first is "Look What You Made Me Do"). "ME!" has gained more likes in its first 24 hours than any other video from the singer.

BTS' "Boy With Luv" became the most-viewed music video within 24 hours on YouTube earlier this month.

Swift opened up about the meaning behind "ME!" during her Thursday interview with Good Morning America's Robin Roberts.

"[It's] about embracing your individuality," she said. "With a pop song, we have the ability to get a melody stuck in people's heads. I just want it to be one that makes them feel better about themselves."

Swift also praised her fans for their support. "I cannot believe how dedicated they are, how thoughtful," she said.

"I can't believe how much they care. It makes it more fun for me to create music, to create music videos, knowing that they'll care about little Easter eggs, and you have no idea how much fun that is to make stuff for people who care about it that much. So it's the fans," Swift continued. "They've always been there and it's just gotten more fun as time has passed."
