A new face is coming to Starling City!

Enlisted star Parker Young has landed a meaty recurring role on The CW's Arrow for the upcoming fourth season, ETonline has learned exclusively.

Young, who broke through as the lovable jock Ryan Shay on ABC's critically-lauded comedy Suburgatory, will play Alex Davis, described as a smart and driven young man, who will work for Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell) and become a potential love interest for Thea (Willa Holland).

Mixing business with pleasure is never a good idea -- especially when it comes to Starling City -- but considering that Thea's ex-boyfriend Roy Harper (Colton Haynes) is out of the picture for the foreseeable future it may be time for the younger Queen to move on. Could Alex be the man for the job, or will Oliver step in?

Young is repped by Gersh and David Dean Management. Aside from his memorable stint on Suburgatory, he was one of the leads in Fox's beloved military comedy Enlisted and he starred on the big screen in Animal, Sex Ed and Fourth Man Out.

Season four of Arrow is proving to be one massive ride. Not only will fans see Oliver's killer new suit (and Diggle's!) in action, the season's often-teased villain, the mysterious and sophisticated Damien Darhk (Neal McDonough) will finally be introduced after many hints in season three.
